Can I buy tickets at the venue?   YES, CASH ONLY.  Box office opens at 9:15am, and tickets will be available at the door.

Do I need a medical marijuana card to attend?   NO.  NECANN is a business & education event open to everyone.

Is there an age limit?  YES.  18+, unless accompanied by parent/guardian.

Do I have to buy a ticket for my child?  NO.  Children under 18 accompanied by a parent do not need a ticket.

What is the refund policy?  All tickets are non-refundable.

Is my ticket transferable to another attendee?  YES.

Can I bring a bag/backpack?  YES – with conditions:  Hynes security reserves the right to search all bags/backpacks and may refuse any bag to be allowed in.  NECANN will store rejected bags at registration desk.  Food, beverages, and weapons are not allowed in the venue, please see Hynes website for full details.

Is this event handicap accessible? YES. Please contact the Hynes First Aid Office at 617-954-2240 if you would like to request a wheelchair.

Can I leave and re-enter? YES, attendees may leave and re-enter as often as they wish, but MUST have their show badge for re-admittance.  You will not be allowed back in without a show badge.

Will food and beverages be available for purchase?  YES.  The Hynes will host a food/drink concession area in the exhibit hall, no outside food/beverages allowed

Does my convention ticket include admission to Pre-Conference workshops?  NO. Separate tickets must be purchased for the Friday workshops.

Does my ticket to a Pre-conference workshop include admission to the Convention?  NO. Separate tickets must be purchased for the convention.

Will Cannabis be available at the show?   NO. Absolutely no cannabis of any kind can be sold, distributed, or displayed at the Hynes.

Is Cannabis use allowed onsite?  No. All Massachusetts laws regarding cannabis use in public are in effect; no displaying, smoking/vaping/consuming cannabis anywhere on Hynes property.

Can I take pictures/video? Pictures & videotaping allowed on exhibit floor, but you get permission before photographing/filming people directly.  NO videotaping of speakers/programming allowed in ANY session.  NECANN & the Hynes reserves the right to restrict/deny photography/video recording in any area, at any time, at their sole discretion.
