Tiffany Hogan is recruiter for THC Staffing Group, which helps cannabis businesses find diverse talent.  She works with a variety of companies and candidates from across the country.  She has 20 years of experience in recruiting, marketing and operations.  Tiffany is a volunteer with Women Grow Boston, a networking organization for women in the cannabis industry.  She holds a BS in Business Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill and an MBA from Simmons School of Management.

Kebra Smith Bolden, RN, Women Grow – CT

Kebra Smith-Bolden is a Registered Nurse in Connecticut and the proud mother of four, including 16 year old triplets. Kebra studied at the Northeastern Institute of Cannabis. She is the CEO of CannaHealth a Holistic Cannabis Health and Wellness Center, and the Market Leader for Women Grow Connecticut, a networking organization that empowers Women to become entrepreneurs in the Cannabis Industry. Her memberships include The Connecticut Coalition to Regulate Marijuana, Connecticut Norml andThe Minority Cannabis Business Association. Kebra also volunteers on the Steering Committee for  Huerfano County, Colorado’s Faris Green Campus project to Fight Opiate Addiction with Cannabis.

Nadir Pearson is a junior at Brown University majoring in sociology. Nadir otherwise known as @PonyboyPearson leveraged his cinematography and content creation to raise cannabis awareness and eventually land his first internship role with Ardent Cannabis. After a year connecting with cannabis professionals coast to coast, Nadir has now founded SMART (Student Marijuana Alliance for Research & Transparency) at Brown University with the mission to educate millennials and bridge the gap for students into the cannabis industry. Nadir will be giving a Ted Talk on Brown’s campus on November 18th.

Devon began consulting in 2013 on large scale operations within the cannabis industry. She has spent the past six years in financial services and has worked with industry leaders to bring financial protection and insurance to the main stream for cannabis business owners and their constituents. Shanel Lindsay is an attorney, entrepreneur, and cannabis advocate. She is the founder and president of Ardent LLC, a Boston-based biotech company that develops safe, effective and convenient products for the cannabis industry. A drafter Massachusetts’ adult use cannabis law, founding member and co-chair of the Northeast Cannabis Coalition, Massachusetts Patients Advocacy Alliance advisory board member and well-known advocate for cannabis legalization on the east coast and beyond, Shanel is dedicated to improving public understanding of cannabis’ benefits and eliminating the stigma surrounding its use.

Dr. Marion McNabb  |  MPH, DrPH, CEO, Cannabis Community Care and Research Network 

Dr. McNabb is the CEO of Cannabis Community Care and Research Network (C3RN) a Cannabis-focused research and project implementation company. Dr. McNabb has a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Doctorate in Public Health (DrPH) from Boston University School of Public Health. She has over 15 years of experience implementing sexual and reproductive health programs mainly in Africa and Haiti, including innovative digital health tools for research and project implementation. She is widely published in scientific journals and joined the Cannabis industry in early 2017 to apply her experience to advance the science and integration of medical Cannabis as a treatment alternative. Her goal is to create a Center of Excellence for medical Cannabis care and research in New England.

Douglas Rhodes, RN | Beacon Compassion Center

Douglas Rhodes comes from a background in community health nursing, health promotion education and culinary science. He has worked with MA DPH, Harvard University, Rhode Island School of Design and Signature Healthcare on health promotion projects. Currently Doug is the Patient and Community Service manager for Beacon Compassion Center where he will be assisting with research projects and providing patient and community education.
