Jessica is partner at Cannapoint Advisors, formally of Dutchess Capital. Jessica has been focused on the cannabis space since 2012, sourcing and analyzing new investment opportunities. She advises portfolio companies and clients on all aspects of operating a company in the cannabis industry. Her specialties include business development, growth strategies, strategic partnerships and capital raising. Jessica received a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Scott is president and founder of Viridian Capital Advisors, the first investment banking/strategic advisory firm dedicated to building and financing emerging companies in the legal Cannabis industry. He has had a distinguished 25-year career as a research analyst, investment banker, and strategist in the technology industry, and is known as a thought leader. He has been involved in raising more than $400 million in capital for public and private emerging growth technology companies and has completed numerous M&A assignments. He attended the executive MBA program at Columbia University and holds a BA in economics from The University of Chicago.
Rob is currently a Partner, and the Lead Industry Executive of Tuatara Capital, the largest traditional private equity firm dedicated to cannabis based investments. He has over 15 years of experience in the cannabis industry as an attorney, and consultant. Robert is an active attorney and founder of Consult Canna, a cannabis consulting firm. He worked there as a consultant to dispensary owners and license seekers.
After founding a Massachusetts team that successfully received a Registered Marijuana Dispensary license, Marta now leads the largest medical marijuana evaluation center in the US. She honed her business acumen on Walls Street as a block trader but found the world of Wall Street to lack the passionate authenticity found in the dynamic cannabis space. Marta is committed to building a cannabis industry that is inclusive of traditionally underrepresented groups in tech, corporate medicine and finance.
