Dr. McNabb is the CEO of Cannabis Community Care and Research Network (C3RN) a Cannabis-focused research and project implementation company. Dr. McNabb has a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Doctorate in Public Health (DrPH) from Boston University School of Public Health. She has over 15 years of experience implementing sexual and reproductive health programs mainly in Africa and Haiti, including innovative digital health tools for research and project implementation. She is widely published in scientific journals and joined the Cannabis industry in early 2017 to apply her experience to advance the science and integration of medical Cannabis as a treatment alternative. Her goal is to create a Center of Excellence for medical Cannabis care and research in New England.

Stacy Moore, Founder Healing Harbors, Maine

Stacy is a Maine native and a Veteran of the United States Coast Guard as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician. After her enlistment from the Coast Guard, Stacy started working as a CNA where she worked with geriatric patients. After taking Medical Cannabis Caregiving classes with MMCM, she became a licensed caregiver which allowed her to better treat her clients symptoms through the use of topicals and cannabis- based tinctures. After seeing the benefits of cannabinoid therapy with her clients, Stacy founded Healing Harbors, a Maine Based company focusing on the benefits of CBD, a cannabinoid derived from Industrial Hemp in 2014. In 2017, she added two partners to the business to help her meet the needs of scaling the company. Stacy continues to be a leader in the Industry as a professional who promotes best practices in Cannabinoid therapy and using it as a first line of defense rather than a last resort.

Doug Rhodes comes from a background in community health nursing, health promotion education and culinary science. He has worked with MA DPH, Harvard University, Rhode Island School of Design and Signature Healthcare on health promotion projects. Currently Doug is the Patient and Community Service manager for Beacon Compassion Center where he will be assisting with research projects and providing patient and community education.

She holds seminars on cooking with cannabis, cultivation and best practices and  has spoken all over the world from the Boston Freedom Rally to High Times Jamaica Cannabis Cup.
